About Our Client

Our client is an international company and an industry leader in ultra high-frequency micro-ultrasound technology.

Taking care of employee orientation, development, and training;
Taking care of employee relations, services and counselling;
Taking care of employee health and safety;
Employment and compliance to regulatory and reporting requirements;
Effective communication and relationship building with all employees and the management group ;
Overseeing and actively participating in the recruitment process;
Coordinate reporting of personnel data; maintain personnel records; revise & update policies & procedures according to local laws;
Sick leave administration;
Ensuring that payroll service are processed and informing relevant changes to all parties;
Monitoring compliance with HR-procedures, the Employee Handbook

Bachelor degree in HR or related field work experience;
1 to +3 years progressive human resource experience;
Knowledge of labour laws from one of the European countries is a BIG PLUS (Germany, France, Belgium, UK or NL);
Fluency in English and another European language such as French, German or Dutch;
Previous experience working in a medical device industry is a BIG PLUS;

Effective interviewing skills, knowledge of internet recruiting tools;
Experience working with employees across multiple geographies;
Excellent communication skills
