Job Description

  • Using your expertise to answer and resolve HR questions, requests and issues
  • Ensure proper onboarding, cross boarding and offboarding. This includes preparing the contract, change in HR systems and communicating change to payroll
  • Keep work instructions and associated process flow up-to-date
  • Project support the implementation of legislative changes into policies, processes and systems
  • Support the delivery of accurate reports for monthly reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBO working and thinking level
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Professional command of the English language, Dutch is a bonus
  • Knowledge and ability of SAP is a bonus
  • Clear in his or her communication
