For an international company in Eindhoven we are looking for a fluent English speaker who could become the manager of the Global A&P/AR team. This company is the world's leading travel retailer, their Financial Shared Services Center is located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The Financial Shared Services Center is the heart of the financial data which is collected from all around the world.

This company is growing and it has a lot of potential and opportunities. In this company you will work in a big team with other young finance professionals with international backgrounds. Functieomschrijving

Advertising and Promotions Revenue

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Advertising and Promotions revenue team
  • Responsible forensuring accurate revenue calculation for various categories
  • Responsible for ensuring that all billing is completed accurately withing applicable deadlines
  • Responsible for rapid and smooth cash collection process
  • Develop and monitor KPI's to track the progress of the team's performance
  • Drive regular updates with the team to ensue all disputes are handled quickly
  • Responsible for ensuring that monthly balance sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed by the team
  • Responsible for reviewing weekly/monthlyreporting before distribution to management
  • Drive and support process improvement. Eg: A&P calculation tool, Collection Tool



Sales Audit

  • Support the Global Deputy Tower Head in overseeing the Sales Audit team in Eindhoven, driving motivation and performance
  • Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly cash and credit card reconciliations are completed as per standard
  • Support the coordination of all month end activities
  • Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities for standardization and automation
  • Liaise with BPO and Process Controllers on all projects, developments and initiatives affecting the Sales Audit process
  • Point of contact for all Stakeholdersto ensure thatwe are meeting expectations and delivering a quality service
  • Participate and support inthe migration of transactional activities to SSC transactional hubs
  • Support the coordination of all audit and internal control activities for the department
  • Support the hiring and training process ensuring that new joiners have a smooth onboarding
  • Ensure regular feedback sessions are carried out within the team according to guidelines



Motivate the team reporting into you and together with the Global Tower Head of Accounts Receivable ensure for the right capacity within the department.

Profiel

  • Education on HBO level (Bachelor degree) in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Min 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable in an international Company
  • Min 5 Years experience leading teams
  • Min 3 Years SSC F&A experience
  • Experience with SAP and other major ERP systems (Oracle, Navision) is a plus
  • Experience with Blackline or other reconciliation tools is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Willing to work in a challenging multicultural environment
  • Excellent Knowledge of English Language, both written and verbal

  • Hybrid model: Work from home in the office 3 times a week + Work from home 2 times a week
  • Flexibility: If necessary, in consultation with the team lead/manager, employees can choose to work longer on a certain day and then work for a shorter work day the next day.
  • Canteen: Wide array of foods, fully functional canteen working between 9 am to 2 pm.
  • Month end meetings/gatherings: Different themes, event coordination team organising events. Teams also organise a lot of events within themselves more frequently (potlucks, lunches, etc.)

  • Work from home allowance: This is currently 2 euros a day to contribute towards electricity/heating and such things that we utilise while we work from home
