Dynamic, fast growing, international trading company in rubber and latex. The team consist of 25 people of which 4 are handling the financial administration. The culture can be described as informal, social and open.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Debtor control and communication with customers, credit insurance regarding the limits.
- Processing of bookings from the logistic program into Navision.
- Daily bookkeeping and financial tasks such as bank bookings and preparing of payment orders with the banks.
- Bookings of journal entries directly into Navision as debit/credit notes.
- Control creditor ledgers and the inter-company accounts.
- Be responsible for end of month checks for inventories held at different locations in Europe.
- Degree in finance, accounting, business administration
- Circa 5 years experience in a financial department in an allround position, preferably in an international organization.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is required. Good Dutch language skills are highly preferred
- Team player, flexible and accurate
- Full-time (part time, 32 hrs is an option, but not preferred)
- Temporary role for at least six months, but with possibility to be taken over by the client for the long term
- Salary is between the €2500 and €3000, and is depending on the candidate's educational background and work experience.
