Functieomschrijving



  • Support and assist in scheduling routine and emergency maintenance for:
    • Dock equipment
    • MHE equipment
    • Power distribution equipment
    • HVAC equipment
    • Fire detection/suppression systems
    • Building monitoring systems


  • Proactively lead small Facilities projects and assist the manager with larger projects.


  • Ensure documents, certificates, and permits are correctly filed and accessible for audits.


  • Support and assist in processing and issuing access badges for employees, vendors, and visitors.


  • Act as Security Liaison for the location and enforce WWT security policies.


  • Seek continuous improvement in facilities processes and create improvement proposals.


  • Be prepared to work outside standard operating hours when requested.


  • Demonstrate teamwork and effective relationship-building while also working independently, showing self-motivation and adaptability to change.

Profiel



  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.


  • Previous experience as a team assistant.


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Salesforce is a plus.


  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.


  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


  • Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch is a Plus
  • Support with ticketing system.
  • Work with different stakeholders and vendors to make sure the whole office is supplied with what is needed.
