Functieomschrijving
- Schedule and prioritize the daily activities with the team
- Comply with special order or shipment requirements
- Preparation of all required shipping documents inside and outside the EU
- Verify discrepancies in instructions and taking appropriate measures
- Notification to freight forwarders and customers of upcoming shipments
- Carry responsibility for a correct and complete export administration
- Maintenance of Track & Trace files for auditory purposes
- Adopt and offer a professional customer focused attitude to all enquiries
- Keeping the work environment tidy
- Share export knowledge proactively with the team and internal departments
- Think outside the box and take initiative in order to help developing the department
Profiel
- MBO degree and/or worked at this level
- 2-5 years working experience in an export role
- Strong knowledge of all MS Office applications and SAP
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of international shipping documentation (EMEA region)
- Knowledge of all relevant export documents (worldwide)
- Eager to further develop and learn and proactively share knowledge
- Team player
- Informal but professional attitude
- Recognize gaps in knowledge and share the results of obtained information
