About Our Client

The client is the fastest growing logistics service provider in the world that specializes in innovative logistics processes. It is an international organization with several offices in the Netherlands and they have great opportunities for growth. For their location in Delft, they are looking for an analytical and ambitious person to join the role of European Operations Specialist.

Job Description

  • Support local branches in Europe with logistics operations, reporting, and improvement projects.
  • Serve as a key contact for internal customers and HQ, ensuring effective communication.
  • Enhance reporting processes (KPI tracking, risk analysis) and implement logistics projects.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to cost-saving efforts and support month-end and peak-season operations.



The Successful Applicant

  • 0 - 1 years of experience in logistics/supply chain.
  • Bachelor's degree and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and cultural awareness skills.
  • Proficiency in English and adaptability to change.
