Our client is a key player in the E-commerce sector and distinguishes herself from their competitors by putting customer experience central. Their product lines vary from urban Clothing to Sports products and are all sold through their online platforms Website, Instagram, Facebook etc.

Functieomschrijving

As Jr. E-commerce coordinator, you will:

  • Develop customer fulfillment strategies


  • Website Content Management & Maintenance


  • Support on website and app content, showing the right and relevant products and content
  • Review on-site product merchandising to ensure product selection is relevant to local market
  • Update homepage banners, category pages assets in line with communication calendar
  • Support on Product & Price management for campaigns and promotional activities
  • Ad-hoc duties to support digital trade & content team
  • Support with ad-hoc reporting requests from the trade team
  • Manage the relating marketing for new product samples



Profiel

  • Bachelor - or Master's degree
  • Knowledge of the E-commerce/Retail sector
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a similar position (STARTERS this is your chance!)
  • Analytical, driven, communicative and flexible
  • Skilled at software such as Google Analytics and Tableau
  • 32 - 40 hours per week
  • Fluent English, Dutch or another European language is a major plus
  • Available on short notice
