As marketing specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating digital marketing efforts across 15 European markets, collaborating with regional teams and the Web & Digital Marketing Lead to keep all digital channels organized, accurate, and performing at a high standard. The position focuses on centralizing large‑volume digital tasks, helping teams work faster and more consistently across regions for the coming 12 months.

Functieomschrijving

Website Content & SEO Management

  • Perform weekly DPM (Digital Property Marketing; custom tool to manage our properties for publication on our country sites) updates in collaboration with marketing & leasing teams across Europe.
  • Upload and manage marketing assets in Bynder (Digital Asset Management platform), ensuring proper tagging and governance.
  • Create and manage custom landing pages for regional and pan-European initiatives.
  • Implement on-site SEO improvements - metadata, headers, image optimization, internal linking.
  • Roll out Global-to-Local website updates across 12 countries.
  • Conduct spic 'n span initiatives to clean up legacy content.



Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

  • Build, support and distribute email campaigns using Knak (creation) and Pardot (distribution).
  • Prepare and adapt digital assets for email campaign deployment.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize email campaign performance.
  • Manage stakeholder approvals and ensure SLA-based workflows.
  • Maintain email templates, automation rules, and structured workflows.
  • Set up and apply database hygiene processes, including automated form handling.
  • Provide troubleshooting, quality control, and cross-regional support.



Data Governance & Reporting - Pan EU

  • Produce monthly performance reports and investigate anomalies.
  • Collaborate with the Global Analytics team to improve dashboards and resolve discrepancies.
  • Document structured processes to support long-term automation readiness.

Profiel

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with CMS platforms and email marketing tools
  • BA or MSc degree in a Sales & Marketing direction
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and structured content updates
  • Highly self-sufficient and detail-focused, bringing a structured and process-driven approach to work
  • Ability to manage structured workflows with clear SLA's, prioritize tasks and work allocation across multiple countries and stakeholder levels
  • Comfortable collaborating across different countries, cultures, and seniority levels in a remote organization working primarily via Zoom, email, and digital collaboration tools
  • Naturally brings energy, curiosity and a can-do attitude, comfortable contributing ideas and building strong working relationships within a high-energy, team-oriented culture
  • Interest in marketing technology and AI-driven automation
  • Prior experience supporting EMEA markets is preferred
  • 32 - 40 hours per week
  • Fluent English and Dutch (B2 level is fine)
