Our client is an international company specialized in retail. The are looking for a new colleague to join the team.
Functieomschrijving
- Develop demand forecasts (sales and operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function;
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results;
- Manage the store replenishment by proactively communicating with the store, serving their needs at the same time you control the product orders flow;
- Interact with Supply Chain by proactively communicating goods entry strategy so they can dimension and plan the logistic operations. Full understanding of the whole Supply Chain process is key to succeed in this position;
- Align inventory levels with the company's stock targets;
- Provide input to the Supply Planning and Sales organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new items and closeouts;
Profiel
- Proven experience as Demand and/or Supply planning
- Proficient in Office and expert in Excel
- 100% fluent English
- Experience with a demand planning tool will be highly appreciated
- Self-managed
- Analytical skills
