Functieomschrijving

Validations

  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding and validation process.
  • Validate online questionnaires with precision, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Update customer records accurately to reflect the status of their questionnaires.
  • Assist customers with fee payments for new registrations and renewals.
  • Become proficient in our validation processes and business systems.
  • Suggest ways to improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to share information and contribute to discussions.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass personal targets.
  • Escalate any customer concerns or issues to the Project Manager for resolution.



Front-Line Customer Support

  • Make 40+ outbound calls daily to explain the benefits of our services, assisting new and returning customers with the registration and renewal process.
  • Log all customer interactions, activities, and call outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Clearly communicate how our services benefit supplier customers and explain the steps involved in completing required online questionnaires.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for a variety of customer inquiries, including IT issues, procedural concerns, subscription fees, and process updates.
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal call rate targets, contributing to the success of the team.

Profiel

Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally with a focus on phone-based support.
  • A track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work toward targets in a busy environment.
  • Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Dutch and English are both mandatory
