As a Customer Service German FMCG you are the first point of contact for customers and internal organization. You are responsible from a close team for processing service requests and order management for dealers, distributors and end users within Europe.

As a Customer Service German FMCG you start with us in a close team. You will get a good idea of ​​our organization from a thorough training process that will also allow you to watch the field for a few days. After that you immediately get a key role in which you work in close collaboration with your fellow colleagues from the service desk. You will receive support from experienced colleagues.

You can achieve all this from the following responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming orders
  • Manage all active relationship in your own region
  • Prepare all shipments with Boxwise
  • Processing complaints with Freshdesk
  • Technical help desk for customers
  • Register QAs using Salesforce
  • Participate in a quality meeting


As a German customer service employee in Tiel you recognize yourself in the following:

  • MBO diploma or achieved through work experience.
  • Familiar with customer service and internal sales in general.
  • Previous experience with an ERP system (preferably AFAS)
  • Skills in MS Office with advanced experience with MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and team skills with the ability to meet changing priorities in a fast environment, meet multitasking and deadlines
  • Ability to identify problems, visualize and implement the best solutions.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, in German, English and Dutch.
