Job Description

  • Processing mail traffic
  • Generate sales leads
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Coordinate with the different business support departments

The Successful Applicant

  • A completed related study at a minimum MBO level or final year of HBO
  • You are fluently French spoken and written
  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • You know how to find your way in a dynamic work environment
  • You are flexibly available, 24-38 hours a week
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
