Our client is the leading company in the Netherlands in the field of Air Logistics. With four strategically located offices in and around Schiphol, their dedicated team of approximately 500 professionals works tirelessly around the clock, 24/7, to oversee the seamless international movement of goods.

Within the Air Logistics division, the High Tech team stands out as one of the key teams, and due to their ambitious growth plans, they are expanding their team. They are actively seeking enthusiastic and experienced Freight Forwarders to join their team, focusing specifically on the export of Tech supplies.

Functieomschrijving

As part of your role, you will have the responsibility of managing the outsourced logistics flow of goods from customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient handling. To thrive in this demanding position, the client prefers candidates with a minimum of three years of experience as an Air Freight Forwarder.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and issuing transport instructions.
  • Preparing various documents, including customs transit documents, customs clearance documents, and transport documents.
  • Handling routine administrative tasks.
  • Processing incoming data, organizing files, and verifying externally prepared documents.
  • Collecting and maintaining data for internal networks.



These tasks require attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within established processes and guidelines.

Profiel

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in freight forwarding or airfreight industry.
  • You are customer service-oriented and able to handle stress effectively. You work well independently and enjoy interacting with customers and transporters.
  • You have an excellent command of the English language; Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
