Job Description

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from the creation of a talent pipeline through direct sourcing, interviewing, and hiring;
  • Identify the best platforms and online resources to reach our target groups;
  • Identify and use direct sourcing techniques to hire at all levels;
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner with the right talent;
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop effective job descriptions
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding to create the best strategies and actions that help us attract the best talents;
  • Identify external trends and best practices that will increase the efficiency of our Talent acquisition process.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 6 months of experience in Recruitment;
  • Dutch strongly preferred
  • You are eager to contribute in selecting the best fitting candidate for different roles
  • You are able to manage a high volume of applications
  • You are creative and always in search of new ways and techniques for sourcing the right candidate;
  • You are an empathetic, you have an intercultural mindset
