About Our Client

Job Description
Contract Management
- Create a contract upon request from CPM, after the CPM has finalized the deal
- Enter the Purchase and Sales contract in the system and get it signed off
- Follow up is required by requesting Finance for currency hedging and setting-up the Purchase orders for the shipments.
- Process Sales PO's to guarantee on-time deliveries and ensure the right Service Level to internal and external customers.
Shipments follow up (intakes)
- Suggest and agree on a shipping schedule to then be send to the supplier
- Monitor that shipments are on time
- Follow up on documents from the suppliers
- Register all documents in our system.
- Booking and management of freight companies
- If applicable you need to ensure that those imports are custom cleared and transferred to our central warehouse, with the support of external service providers.
Stock Management
- Manage the stock position to ensure optimal availability
- Book stocks in SAP (like batches and volumes) once they have arrived in the warehouse
- Ensure stocks registered are in line with warehouse reporting.
- Pro-actively inform the CPM of stock levels in case of risk of shortage or any specific other issues (i.e quality).
- Anticipate and manage obsolete stock (i.e. extension of shelflife request, product destruction)
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor education level and previous experience assisting in Purchasing, Sales or Supply Chain,
- You will need to be analytical
- Strong communication skills , able to take complex information.
- Able to speak English fluently
- Strong at networking and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
