Our client is a logistics company based in Rozenburg at Schiphol Logistics Park, providing complete solutions for clients shipping goods to and from Europe.

Their forwarding services include:

  1. Full 3PL (warehousing, pick/pack, and distribution)
  2. International forwarding (air, sea, and road)
  3. Licensed customs clearance services
  4. Fiscal representation for VAT purposes

Functieomschrijving

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about their airfreight services.
  • Preparing and following up on quotes and handling administrative processes.
  • Actively reaching out to (potential) customers and overseas partners to promote their services and schedule appointments.
  • Maintaining contact with their current customers.
  • Creating transport orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of transport documents.



Profiel

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Transport & Logistics sector at MBO level.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented work attitude.
