You report to the Supply Chain Manager or in some cases directly to the Operations director.FunctieomschrijvingAs a Procurement Administrator / Buying Assistant, you will:Assist in supplier management and contract administrationProcess purchase orders and maintain procurement recordsManage on-time delivery and quality while maintaining inventory levels to targetsMonitor order statuses and follow up on deliveriesBe involved with project management of key products, programs, and/or suppliersLiaise with suppliers and internal departmentsProvides organization with accurate information regarding product availability, delivery dates and possible problem areasSupporting and guiding for the Administrative Buying Assistant to ensure all the products and their USP's are referenced correctly in the systemPartake in process optimizationProfielBachelor - or Master's degree in Supply Chain and Logistics is preferred, yet not a must!Knowledge of the E-commerce, Retail, Industrial or FMCG sector1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Admin preferably ProcurementAnalytical, driven, communicative and flexible32 - 40 hours per weekFluent English (Spanish, Dutch, German or Italian language skill is a plus)Available per immediately!AanbodBesides the fact that you usually operate from the HQ of our clients, you shall also work in a driven team with enthusiastic colleagues in the Amsterdam region.
