Functieomschrijving

  • Develop and manage a client portfolio, driving business growth in the European market
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailored gifting solutions
  • Own the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals and managing repeat business
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, production, logistics)
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless delivery and top-tier client satisfaction
  • Use consultative selling techniques to uncover client needs and present customized solutions
  • Leverage CRM and project management tools to track performance and improve efficiency



Profiel

  • 4-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in a creative agency or product-based sales
  • Proven track record in consultative sales and building long-term client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business growth
  • Strong communication skills and experience dealing with high-profile clients
  • Experience managing complex projects and working with physical products is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital sales strategies and using CRM tools for pipeline management
  • Knowledge of the Amsterdam business landscape and ability to leverage a local network
  • Fluent English written and spoken, any other language is a plus
