Functieomschrijving

Data Analysis: Examine complex data sets to uncover actionable insights that inform key business decisions. Leverage PowerBI to design engaging dashboards and interactive reports that clearly convey data.

Process Optimisation: Recognize and drive initiatives for process improvement across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Trade. Develop and execute strategies based on data to streamline work flows and boost overall business efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation: Generate comprehensive management and operational reports to highlight data insights and offer recommendations. Keep thorough documentation of processes, projects, and analytical methods for internal use, working extensively with PowerBI for data modeling, report development, and dashboard design.

Training and Assistance: Deliver training and provide continuous support to internal users on PowerBI tools and reporting features. Diagnose and resolve issues related to data analysis, reporting, and PowerBI.

ERP (Dynamics 365) Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for the Inventory & Business Control (IBC) department in cross-departmental IT and ERP projects, with a focus on Dynamics 365.

Profiel

  • You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Both starters and experienced professionals are welcome
  • Proficient in PowerBI and Excel, with strong analytical skills and a process-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You bring a commercial mindset focused on delivering business value.
  • An enthusiastic and motivated team player, skilled in engaging and inspiring colleagues.
  • Additionally, you are proactive, hands-on, and adaptable, with a flexible approach beyond a typical 9-to-5 mindset.
