A no nonsense culture is in place.Job DescriptionData Analysis: Examine complex data sets to uncover actionable insights that inform key business decisions. Leverage PowerBI to design engaging dashboards and interactive reports that clearly convey data.Process Optimisation: Recognize and drive initiatives for process improvement across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Trade. Develop and execute strategies based on data to streamline work flows and boost overall business efficiency.Reporting and Documentation: Generate comprehensive management and operational reports to highlight data insights and offer recommendations. Keep thorough documentation of processes, projects, and analytical methods for internal use, working extensively with PowerBI for data modeling, report development, and dashboard design.Training and Assistance: Deliver training and provide continuous support to internal users on PowerBI tools and reporting features.
