Our client is one of the biggest players within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain located in Venlo.

Job Description

As a Backoffice Teamlead you will be responsible for:

  • You lead a team of approximately 20 administrative and customer service employees
  • Make sure the client receives the expected quality and be available for possible trouble shooting
  • Develop the employees within the backoffice
  • Think about process improvements and implement them
  • Generate reports and control priorities based on these reports

The Successful Applicant

What do we expect of a Backoffice Teamlead:

  • 3 to 5 years experience within a similar position
  • Experience within a logistics organisation
  • You are confident using English as well verbal as written
