As Assistant Procurement Manager for Collaborative Manufacturing in the Home Care division, you will be responsible for sourcing finished goods and services for the European market under competitive terms. You will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, developing procurement strategies, supporting sustainability goals, and achieving cost-saving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost-saving initiatives, tenders, and contract negotiations
  • Deliver accurate price forecasts and market analysis
  • Manage key supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance
  • Scout and onboard new suppliers aligned with strategic goals
  • Represent procurement in cross-functional projects and supply chain optimization
  • Drive sustainability and supply security initiatives
  • Support digital transformation and process automation
  • Monitor supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvement

Profiel

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain (1+ year in FMCG)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with contract management and tools such as SAP
  • Fluent in English (another European language is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
