  1. Full 3PL (warehousing, pick/pack, and distribution)
  2. International forwarding (air, sea, and road)
  3. Licensed customs clearance services
  4. Fiscal representation for VAT purposes

Functieomschrijving

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire process from start to finish.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, suppliers, customs, airlines, carriers, agents, and other service providers to keep all parties informed of shipment details and timelines.
  • Negotiate rates, create quotes, and follow up on them.
  • Handle the full operational and administrative process of air freight shipments, including accurate billing.
  • Monitor shipment progress closely to ensure an up-to-date transport file.
  • Communicate any changes or delays in the process promptly and professionally to all involved parties.
  • Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Profiel

  • You hold an MBO diploma and have 1-3 years of experience in air freight forwarding.
  • You possess the Air Freight Employee certification.
  • Knowledge of CargoWise is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You demonstrate strong commercial awareness.
  • You are customer-oriented, flexible, and a team player who values a positive work environment.
  • You are assertive and driven.
  • You are solution-oriented and proactive.
  • You are naturally accurate with a strong attention to detail.
