They are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Documentation & Logistics Support Specialist to join the team.

Job Description

  • Documentation Handling: Prepare, manage, and process essential documentation required for air freight shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Courier Duties: Use a company vehicle to deliver documentation to designated locations, as needed (valid driver's license required).
  • Warehouse Support: Assist in light warehousing tasks, including organizing and storing documents and supplies in a safe, accessible manner.
  • General Logistics Support: Participate in various tasks that help streamline the documentation and logistics process, supporting the wider team to ensure smooth operations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Valid Driver's License: Comfortable with driving to various locations to deliver documents as needed.
  • Experience in Documentation Handling: Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred but not essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive Mindset: A problem-solver with a can-do attitude who can take initiative when handling varied tasks.
  • Availability: Ready to start immediately for 20 hours per week.
