Functieomschrijving
- Act as a single point of contact for all IT infrastructure incidents, following the company`s process Triage all incoming Infrastructure tickets and Provision of 2nd and 3rd line support
- Ensure that users and stakeholders are kept informed of progress
- Liaise with vendors & suppliers to resolve incidents
- Provide technical support and guidance to the Workplace Support team
- Provide handover support to the Infrastructure Project team
- Monitoring and maintaining the core infrastructure,
Profiel
The successful candidate meets the following requirements:
- Achieved Any Microsoft certifications
- Achieved ITIL certification
- University Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 3+ years of 3rd Line Infrastructure Support experience, preferably within financial services
- Experience in high-pressure environments
- Excellent Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 onwards
- Good knowledge of Office 2016 & Office 365 Administration/Configuration
- Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wireless etc)
- Market Data applications (Bloomberg, Reuters) including troubleshooting Excel add-ins
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- JIRA and JIRA Service Desk
