Description:
- Optimization & proposals for reduction of total VC costs/routing for Supplier products
- Supporting both EMA portfolio planner, logistics/transport manager & sourcing manager
- Manage the right balance for European inventories & service in both hubs & local DC's
- Dedicate to the assigned suppliers
- Responsible for KPIs: OTIF, Stock Level & Truck load efficiency related to Supplier
- Provide supplier with forecast (when required)
- Validating monthly with supplier sufficient capacity for production for next 24 months
- Consolidation, call off, planning & follow up on purchase orders with assigned Supplier
- Focal point in instance of redistribution / priority setting in the case shortage
- Data management & planning parameter settings in every plant (MTO/MTS
- MOQ, LT, planning calendar) of products related to supplier
- Communication to local demand planning & customer service in case of shortages
- Monitor stock levels and take action to reduce overstocks
Candidate profile:
- Degree in Business, Operations, APICS/MCIPS or equivalent certification
- Several years of experience in supply chain planning
- Excellent knowledge of planning modules in SAP systems & Excel (e.g. SAP APO or Logility)
- Language skills: Fluent in English, and two other European languages (eg Italy, French, Spanish, Danish, Czech, Polish, Dutch)
- Dealing with ambiguity, organizational agility, conflict management, effective cross functional
- Strong interpersonal skills in international environment
- Effective communication skills and drive for results
