Due to strong business expansion plans, Page Personnels International team is now seeking highly driven individuals for its Amsterdam office to grow the Accounting & Finance specialist recruitment division.
The international team specialise in placing operational Finance and Accounting individuales into the following roles: Accounts Payable, Accounts Recievable, General Ledger Accountants, Assistant Accountants, Junior Controllers, Tax Assistants, Credit control, Financial Accountants, Trading Assistants etc.
Description:
Working for Page Personnel you will be responsible for generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own specialist market. As well as benefiting from the support of an experienced team, you will need to use your professional sales skills to develop strong relationships with your client base and candidates. You will enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive, target-driven environment and being well-rewarded for your successes.
- Your role will be extremely varied and you must be able to adapt to a variety of demands on your time
- Service and develop existing relationships with your international clients through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and providing a high quality recruitment service
- Business Development to increase your international client portfolio
- Select and match candidates to open positions in a professional and efficient manner, including managing the whole interview process from start to finish, salary negotiation and offer management
- Candidate management, Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find them the right job as well as managing their expectations
- Meeting all key performance indicators such as the weekly candidate and client meetings and monthly revenue targets
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor level degree preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business
- Experience within a sales driven environment is preferable and or a background in Account / Relationship Management or Business - Development would be a plus
- Experience with recruitment is desirable but not essential
- Fluent English (written as well as spoken)
- Commercial mind-set, entrepreneurial, resilient and dynamic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing and social personality
