About Our Client
World's leading biorefiner of pine chemicals. Our client provides natural pine-based materials to their customers in many diverse markets including adhesives, roads & construction, tires & rubber, lubricants, fuel additives, and mining.
- Manages Process Improvements for systems and processes and procedures for the Customer Service function
- Work close with the BPO and BPL to identify and drive improvements
- Assist the Customer Account Representatives in resolving issues with systems and SME matters on a day to day basis.
- Provide training to the Customer Service Team to support the OTC (Order-to-Cash) process
- Interface daily with our customers and responsible for first response to incoming requests, confirmed order entry and in a timely manner, front-line trouble shooting as well as continuous and close contact with production, logistics and further internal functions in order to ensure that all client needs will be fulfilled in an optimal way.
- Responsible for their defined international customer portfolio in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Key Account Manager.
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities through both internal programs and customer feedback and implements those with largest return on investment.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree from accredited university or business school
- 3 years of experience in Customer Service environment in the chemical or manufacturing industry
- Out of the box thinking with strong interpersonal skills to work across different functions and levels, constructive communication skills and sound technical skills (process and procedure improvement programs).
- Strong corporate core competencies in collaborating for superior results, leading courageously, delivering innovative solutions and generating customer value.
- Analytical, time management and multi-tasking skills required
- SAP experience required
- Background in (Customer) Services development, or demonstrated experience developing Customer Services in a corporate environment
